1. Send Us Your Details

Use the form below or contact us directly. The more details you share, the better we can tailor our recommendations. Helpful information includes:

• Your preferred date or travel dates, plus any backup dates.

• The type of session, such as family, couples, proposal, wedding, maternity, senior portraits, mini session or headshots.

• The number of people in your group, including children and their ages.

• Where you are staying on Maui.

• Your preferred location or the look you love (beach, lava rock, greenery, Upcountry).

• Your preferred time of day, such as sunrise or sunset.

• Any special plans or ideas, such as a surprise proposal or including a lei exchange.

2. Receive Our Recommendations

We will reply with availability, suggested locations and session times based on your date, group and style. If you are planning a proposal or wedding, we will also discuss logistics in more detail.

3. Reserve Your Date

Once you are happy with the plan, we will confirm your booking and reserve your date and time.

4. Prepare for Your Session

When to Book

We recommend booking as soon as you know your travel dates. Popular times, including holidays, spring break, summer and whale season, can fill up well in advance. Sunset slots are especially in demand. If your dates are flexible, let us know and we can suggest the best options.

It is also a good idea to schedule your session early in your trip, giving you backup days in case of weather.
